Pheng C. Heng
Pheng C. Heng obtained a Bachelor of Science specializing in Psychology from the University of Alberta. During her undergraduate years, she participated in the research and development of various laboratory experiments involving learning and memory. Pheng later obtained her law degree from the University of Alberta and practiced in Edmonton before relocating to Victoria in 2006. Pheng is a partner in Jawl Bundon LLP.
Pheng’s preferred areas of practice are commercial lending, real estate, business, corporate reorganizations, estate planning, trusts and wills. Pheng acts for many businesses and health professionals.
Pheng is actively involved with the local community and has served on the Board of Directors of Pacific Centre Family Services Association, the Canadian Association of Family Enterprises (CAFE), the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP), and Synergy Sustainability Institute Society. Pheng has served on various committees with Rotary and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Victoria.
