Paul M. Bundon
Paul advises businesses, financial institutions, and governmental and non-profit organizations in the areas of corporate, commercial, and real estate law, particularly with respect to commercial loan transactions, real estate transactions, the financing and development of social housing projects, and corporate governance matters. Paul also advises and represents individual clients in residential real estate transactions and the planning and administration of wills, trusts, and estates.
A native of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Paul moved to Victoria in 1968 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia. Called to the British Columbia Bar in 1969, Paul practiced law at another Victoria firm for four years before co-founding Jawl & Bundon in 1973.
Paul has served as outside general counsel for the Catholic Diocese of Victoria since 1996.
