Pheng C. Heng
Pheng obtained a Bachelor of Science specializing in Psychology from the University of Alberta. During her undergraduate years, she participated in the research and development of various laboratory experiments involving learning and memory. Pheng later obtained her law degree from the University of Alberta and practiced in Edmonton before relocating to Victoria in 2006. Pheng is a partner in Jawl Bundon LLP.
Pheng's preferred areas of practice are real estate, business, and wills and estates.
Pheng is actively involved with the local community and sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Family Enterprises (CAFE) and the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP). She sits on the Executive Committee for the Canadian Bar Association of Vancouver Island Commercial and Real Estate subsection and is on various committees with Harbourside Rotary. She is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Victoria and the Victoria Chinese Commerce Association.
