Graham Rudyk is a partner with the firm.Â Graham practices in the area of civil litigation, including family law, wills and estate litigation, buildersâ€™ liens, employment law, residential tenancies, strata property, corporate/commercial disputes, and personal injury.
Graham was born and raised in Revelstoke, B.C.Â After graduating from the University of British Columbia in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Russian, Graham attended the University of Victoria Law School, obtaining his LLB (JD) in 2000.Â He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2001.
Graham is past member of the executive of the CBA Civil Litigation Subsection - Victoria. Outside of the office, Graham can be found on the links - he is an avid golfer and member of Gorge Vale Golf Club - and spending quality time with his wife and two boys travelling, camping, and enjoying life in beautiful British Columbia.
