Frank D. Corbett
Frank is an associate counsel with Jawl & Bundon, where he has practiced since 1990 and is the senior litigator. Frank's practice is primarily in the area of civil litigation, including the areas of employment law, corporate and commercial litigation, estate litigation, personal injury litigation and family law. Frank has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia, and before various tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal, Employment Standards Tribunal, and the Privacy Commissioner.
Frank received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of British Columbia in 1979, and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1980.
Frank has lectured at Canadian Bar Association meetings in the areas of Civil Litigation and Estate Law.
Frank's community involvement includes his former involvement with Rotary International, having served on the Boards of Craigdarroch Castle Historical Museum Society, and the Royal Colwood Golf Club, and for the past several years, he has promoted adult literacy programs through Literacy Victoria, where he is a former Board Chair, and the Peter Gzowski Invitational Golf Tournament for Literacy, where he is a former Tournament Director.
